Microtech LT10s Ecu

The LT10S ECU is essentially an LT8 ECU in every aspect BUT it has 1 extra auxilliary input wire and 3 auxilliary outputs in total. These Aux outs are set up standard as stepper motor control, one switched output via RPM and one switched output via water temp (Eg FAN contol). The unit also has a built in ignition amplifier on board. It is commonly used for 4 cyl and twin rotor applications. This unit is now the size of our MT4 unit. We believe its physically the smallest ECU on the market that controls fuel and ignition

Microtech X4-X6 Ignition Module

The X4 and X6 Ignition Module Boxes are used in direct fire applications. The X4 has 4 channel output (4 cyl outputs) and X6 has 6 outputs. These are used in conjunction with LT10S and LT12S ECU's. We have chosen to now run external boxes rather than internal igniters as we once did, enabling us to run more advanced hardware on the boards to cope with our new IGBT Ignition boost function which is available on LT10S and LT12S ECU's as a standard feature

VCM PERFORMANCE VALVE SPRINGS

Months of workshop, road and race track testing has resulted in a high quality, price conscious VCM Performance valve spring kit to suit the LS1 engine. VCM’s high performance dual spring kit (incorporating industry standard shot peened and rust proofed wire, 4140 chrome moly retainers and hardened steel washers) copes with a wide range of applications from standard replacement to high lift camshafts up to approximately .590” lift including forced induction Our manufacturing partners’ leading edge facility incorporates an in-house Measure Chamber, Chemical Analysis Laboratory, Metalograph Laboratory, Mechanical Properties Laboratory and Fatigue Test Laboratory. Additional testing and measuring equipment includes Digital Projectors, JISC Dynamic Extruding Spring Testers, a 600KN Microcomputer Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Universal Testing Machine, Microscopes with digital radiographic devices and metallurgical analysis software, hardometers with digital measuring systems and other fatigue testers. Whether it’s a stock or modified engine, VCM Performance valve springs will not reduce the life span of the valve train (camshaft, valve etc), it doesn’t require any cylinder head machining or other modification to fit(except valve stem seals on some models), is recommended for all LS1 engines and best of all a kit of 16 dual valve springs, complementary chrome moly retainers and hardened steel washers

MAP-ECU 2

The MAP-ECU2 was designed to be universal and provide almost as many features as a standalone ECU but with the advantages of a piggy-back installation. It was designed from the outset to allow the user to remove the often restrictive Air Flow Meter and convert to Speed Density (MAP), but also offers Intercept modes to simplify installation and tuning where all out performance is not required. Special features like O2 Adjust are especially designed for OBDII vehicles to allow the user to alter Air/Fuel Ratios in closed-loop, which is especially important in forced induction conversions. It is also compatible with variable valve timed engines. The MAP-ECU2 has the following features: Sixteen (16) operational modes including: MAF Elimination, MAF Intercept, TPS tables, High Frequency modes and more. Full Timing advance and retard control of up to eight (8) channels for Distributor, Group Fire or Coil On Plug configurations using a 20 x 19 (380 zone) table. Auxiliary Injector control using a 20 x 19 (380 zone) table with up to three (3) user configurable outputs for up to six (6) Auxiliary Injectors. OEM O2 Sensor/AFR Sensor Adjust 26 x 19 (494 zone) table allowing control over Air/Fuel ratios, even in Closed-loop. 10,000 RPM scale Two (2) complete sets of Fuel, Timing, Auxiliary Injector, O2 Adjust and EBC tables selectable using a dashboard mounted switch. It can be installed on any 1-10 cylinder engine in less than an hour, and completely replaces the restrictive factory air meter. No special fitting kits or special adaptors are required but optional plug-and-play harnesses are available for a wide variety of vehicles.. Benefits include: More horsepower, torque and fuel economy by removal of the restrictive factory air meter and control over timing. Latest updates allow several modes of operation including MAF Sensor intercept or elimination (may require additional hardware). The ability to use the stock ECM to control larger fuel injectors and/or performance upgrades. Alter OEM Air/Fuel ratios, even in Closed-Loop mode, for improved gas mileage or power. Retains the daily drivability of the stock ECM which is usually sacrificed with a full aftermarket engine management upgrade.
